1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") in full. The company may update terms periodically, with continued use indicating acceptance of changes.

2. Provider Information

Alma Street Ventures Ltd. operates from London, England (Company No. 14700578). We do not collect personal information such as your name or address through the App at this time, and we do not access your device's location data. The App provides access to food product databases and optional subscription features.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. Those between 13 and legal majority require parental or guardian consent and supervision.

4. License to Use the App

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications on your personal device for your personal, non-commercial use. Prohibited activities include copying, reverse engineering, illegal use, security circumvention, harassment, and unauthorized scraping.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium features use app store billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal. Users may cancel anytime through app store settings, with access continuing through the paid period. No mid-period refunds are provided.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

The App uses data from the Open Food Facts project (openfoodfacts.org), which is a free, crowd-sourced database under the Open Database License. The company provides no accuracy guarantees: all food product information shown in our applications is provided "as is."

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties. Our applications may provide nutritional information about foods, but this information is not intended as medical or dietary advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company limits liability to the greater of amounts paid for subscriptions within three months or GBP £50 (fifty British Pounds).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate by discontinuing use or suspending access for violations.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Terms are governed by England and Wales law with exclusive court jurisdiction there.
